I bring to my role an extensive background in Higher Education Management, enriched by a dual master’s degree in Public Administration, Business Administration, and Psychology. This unique combination of qualifications allows me to bridge the often-overlooked gap between effective governance and the psychological needs of both students and faculty. By focusing on student success, faculty development, and institutional growth, I am able to create strategies that align our educational objectives with the evolving demands of society.

With a passion for fostering innovation and excellence in education, I have consistently demonstrated my ability to design and implement educational strategies that meet the dynamic needs of today’s learners. I am committed to helping our institution adapt to the ever-changing landscape of education while nurturing a culture of continuous improvement.

One of my proudest achievements has been my involvement as a participant in the Vision to Give Free Career Guidance initiative, a project that aims to provide career guidance to over 315 million students across India. This initiative, which earned recognition from the World Book of Records, United Kingdom. The project’s overarching goal was to prepare students to face global challenges, positioning India as a leader in preparing future generations for success in an interconnected world.
